1. Who can order from Diamond Home Supply?

We serve homeowners, contractors, property managers, designers, and trade professionals. Whether it’s a single kitchen or a multi-unit project, we’re here to help.

2. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. We work directly with manufacturers and distributors to offer wholesale pricing to qualified buyers and project-based customers.

3. Can I request a quote?

Absolutely. Submit your kitchen measurements, appliance list, or plans via our quote form, and we’ll get back to you with a custom estimate—fast.

4. Do you price match?

Yes. If you have a written quote from another supplier, send it to us—we’ll do our best to beat it or add value.

5. What is your return policy?

All sales are considered final once confirmed. We do not accept returns on special-order or custom items (including appliances, cabinets, countertops, or fixtures). Standard stocked items may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to restocking fees and return approval by the manufacturer or distributor.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

6. What about damaged or incorrect items?

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation. We will work with the manufacturer to repair, replace, or credit approved claims. Claims made after 48 hours may not be honored.

7. Do you offer refunds or store credit?

Refunds are only issued in the event of an approved return or confirmed fulfillment error. In most other cases, store credit will be issued for future orders. Custom or installed products are not refundable under any condition.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once submitted to the manufacturer or vendor, all sales are final. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

9. Do you install products?

Professional installation is available through Diamond Home Supply for appliances, cabinets, and more. We also work with trusted contractors when needed to ensure the job gets done right.

10. Do your products come with warranties?

Yes. All products are backed by Full Manufacturer Warranties. We’ll help connect you to warranty support if needed—but DHS does not provide in-house warranty service.

11. What areas do you serve?

We serve the Mid-Atlantic region and offer delivery to job sites and residences throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and surrounding areas.

12. Can I open a trade or volume account?

Yes. Builders, contractors, and property managers can open trade accounts for volume pricing and repeat project coordination. Contact us to apply.
